My Terminal is a private list that rides along with the meeting. Nobody else sees it. Nothing in it goes on the agenda, into the flight log, or in front of the crew.
What it is for#
- The thought you have during the scorecard that you do not want to interrupt for.
- The thing you need to check after the meeting before you can commit to it.
- Your own prep: the two points you want to make when the crew reaches the issues list.
Each item has a title, optional notes, and a tick box. The counter at the top shows how many you have cleared.
Pre-flight#
The gate before this one is Pre-flight, the check-in where the crew shares a personal and a business best from the week. It is five minutes and it is not optional: a team that goes straight to the numbers stops being a team fairly quickly.
