Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Runway (the “Service”), the EOS® Level 10 Meeting® management software provided by Runway (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including scorecards, rocks, to-dos, issues, and notes (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
