Reading the grid#
Score the core values
Use + when someone lives a value out most of the time, +/- when they do so sometimes, and - when they mostly do not.
Check GWC®
Record whether the person gets it, wants it, and has the capacity for their seat.
Read against the Bar
The Bar is the standard the company holds everyone to. A row below it is a people issue to take to the Issues List, not a note to sit on.
