Organization settings

Your organization's name and logo, the brand colour, the vocabulary the app speaks, and which day the scorecard week starts on.

Everything here applies to the whole organization, and changing it takes an admin. Find it under Settings Organization.

Configuration#

Organization details#

Name
What your organization is called, shown throughout the app.
Website
Optional.
Phone number
Optional.
Logo
Shown in the app header. You can upload a separate version for dark mode, which is worth doing if your mark is dark ink on transparent.

Accent colour#

Turn on Accent color to replace Runway's default with your own. It is used for toggles, highlights and focus rings throughout the app. If your colour is very dark or very light, turn on Use a different color in dark mode and pick a second one rather than living with a clash.

Naming#

The vocabulary everyone in the organization reads the app in: Runway's aviation words, or the EOS® words your team already uses. Wording only. The same sections, the same routes and the same data either way, so it is safe to switch mid-week. See Vocabulary.

Scorecard week#

The day a scorecard week begins. Set it to the day your weekly meeting happens, so each column covers the week that meeting is reviewing. A Monday meeting reviewing Monday to Sunday should start its weeks on Monday.

People#

Everyone in the organization, with their name, photo and the seat they hold on the Flight Deck chart. Admins can edit a member's profile, and import a list of people rather than adding them one at a time. See Importing your data.

Crews#

Create a crew, rename it, delete it, and manage its membership and roles. Covered in Crews and people.
