Runway 0.2.0

September 3, 2026 · The People Analyzer and the EOS® books

Two things in this release: the People Analyzer, a new owner-and-admin section for scoring your crew against your core values and GWC®, and the ten official EOS® books added to the Learning Center. Core values also move off the browser and onto the organization, so both places read the same list.

The People Analyzer#

There's a new People Analyzer in the sidebar. It's a grid: every person on one row, your core values and GWC® across the top, and a verdict on the end that reads the whole row against the Bar.

Only organization owners and admins can see it — it holds managers' judgements of colleagues, so it isn't on the crew's shared pages.

  • Score the core values with + (lives it out most of the time), +/- (sometimes) or - (mostly does not). Click a cell to cycle it, shift-click or right-click to go back, or type +, -, / or 0 with the cell focused.
  • Score GWC® — gets it, wants it, has the capacity — as yes, no or not-yet. y, n and 0 work here.
  • The verdict is *On the Bar*, *Below the Bar* or *Incomplete*. The rule: a + on every core value bar three, no - marks, and a yes on all of GWC®. Unscored cells hold a row at *Incomplete* rather than failing it. A count of everyone below the Bar sits above the grid — those are people issues for the Issues List.
  • Start from your roster in one click, or Add person for anyone who isn't on it. Picking a name into the last empty row opens a fresh one underneath, so a whole team goes in without reaching for the button between each.
  • Each row carries a note, and each core-value column tallies its - marks at the foot.
  • Print opens a clean, sidebar-free version of the grid for a quarterly review on paper.
  • Clear wipes the grid (with a confirm) when you want to start the quarter fresh.

There's a docs page for it at runwayos.io/docs/people-analyzer.

Core values now belong to the organization#

Core values used to be typed into Air Traffic Control and kept in that browser — so they were gone on another machine, and nothing else could read them.

They're now an organization setting under Settings → Organization → Configuration, saved to the account. Owners and admins edit them; everyone reads them. Air Traffic Control and the People Analyzer both show the same list. Each value keeps a stable id behind the scenes, so rewording one doesn't drop the People Analyzer scores filed against it.

The official EOS® books in the Learning Center#

The Learning Center has a new The official EOS® books section: all ten titles from the EOS Worldwide Traction Library — *Traction*, *Get a Grip*, *Rocket Fuel*, *How to Be a Great Boss*, *What the Heck is EOS?*, *The EOS Life*, *People*, *Process!*, *Data* and *Issues* — with covers, authors, and links out to eosworldwide.com.

The page intro is tightened, and the closing section is centred, to give the books room.
