Runway (“Runway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides EOS® Level 10 Meeting® management software. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Runway, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account or sign in (including through Google Sign-In).
• Meeting content. Scorecards, rocks, to-dos, issues, headlines, notes, and other data you enter to run your meetings.
• Crew and team data. The teams you belong to, your role, and invitations you send or receive.
• Usage information. Log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the app, collected in part through analytics.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Runway service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To sync your meeting data across sessions and members of your crew.
• To communicate with you about the service, including updates and support.
• To monitor and analyze usage so we can improve performance and features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Within your crew. Meeting content is visible to other members of the teams you belong to.
• Service providers. With vendors who host our infrastructure and provide authentication and analytics on our behalf, under obligations to protect your data.
• Legal reasons. When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Runway and its users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Runway is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
